What is Malaysia Business Visa?

Malaysia business visa is issued to foreign nationals who require a visa to enter Malaysia mainly for business or government-to-government matters. Apply for Malaysia Business Visa with your required documents. It is normally valid for a period within three (3) months to twelve (12) months from the date of issue.

How long can I stay with Malaysia Business Visa?

An eVISA Multiple Entry Visa (MEV) is valid for 3 months or 6 months (subjected to your purpose of stay) while eVISA holder is entitled to stay for the total of 30 days in each entry.

What are the entry requirements for Business Visa?

In order to submit an online visa, it is first necessary to meet the entry requirements for the Malaysia Business Visa. Applicants are required to provide the following:

Business registration of Sri Lanka and in Malaysia (if) with the copy of passports and latest visa pages

Passport must have validity of seven (7) months or more on the expected date of arrival in Malaysia

Recent Passport Photo with white background

Duly filled Application Form IM 47 with applicant signature

Return flight ticket /itinerary (Maximum 30 days stay in Malaysia)

Accommodation details in Malaysia (Hotel)

Sponsor letter / Invitation letter from Malaysia with schedule of the business meeting.

Latest 3 months bank statements (Bank balance should be minimum LKR 350,000/- per person)

Typed letter from applicant with company letterhead requesting multiple visa with mention schedule of the meeting to visit Malaysia (visa request letter)
